Crooks and Liars - Brian Williams Interviews a pretty incoherent Bush

"Brian Williams Interviews a pretty incoherent Bush"

For the sake of our children, if not ourselves, watch/listen to the video of this interview.
He giggles, backtracks, contradicts, along with his normal verbal bumbling.
I'm so embarrassed for our Country.

President Bush talks to Brian Williams - Nightly News with Brian Williams - MSNBC.com

"An exclusive conversation on the one-year anniversary of Katrina landfall"

Ignorant, unethical, incompetent, and uncomprehending!

This interview would be almost amusing, if not so tragically sad.

Rocky Mountain News: One-third see U.S. hand in 9/11

"More than a third of the American public suspects that federal officials assisted in the Sept. 11 terrorist attacks or took no action to stop them so the United States could go to war in the Middle East..."

Sure would be nice to have a real investigation of this whole mess.

Union Leader - Professor's 9/11 theories outrage NH leaders - Sunday, Aug. 27, 2006

"A tenured professor of psychology at the University of New Hampshire believes an 'elite' group within the federal government orchestrated the September 11th attacks on America."

Professor Woodward is part of steadily growing group of U.S. adults that feel this way.
An August 2006 Scripps poll puts that number at 36%!

Corrupt politicians, lobbyists escape voter wrath

"People who are basically corrupt are as good as traitors," Rep. Chris Shays (R-CT) tells PBS. "People think money trumps bad press. When you go to the Republican or Democratic conference, you'll hear leaders say, 'the public really doesn't care about that.' Tell that to Ralph Reed."

A depressing commentary that shows that it isn't just the obviously unethical top of the political chain that needs cleansing.

Democrat Tim Ryan kicks Bush's ass

"He was responding to why young people think the Administration will institute a draft despite their denials."

Thank You, Tim Ryan!!

Nice to hear someone speak up for a change.

Bin Laden, Most Wanted For Embassy Bombings?

"The curious omission underscores the Justice Department's decision, so far, to not seek formal criminal charges against bin Laden for approving al-Qaeda's most notorious and successful terrorist attack. The notice says bin Laden is 'a suspect in other terrorist attacks throughout the world' but does not provide details.

The absence has also provided fodder for conspiracy theorists who think the U.S. government or another power was behind the Sept. 11 hijackings. From this point of view, the lack of a Sept. 11 reference suggests that the connection to al-Qaeda is uncertain."

It just seems to go on and on!

AlterNet: Blogs: Video: Shocking election-theft testimony

"If you can watch this entire video, and still use an electronic voting machine, you deserve the government you get. If your state or district has decided to use electronic voting machines this November demand an absentee ballot today."

Even more incredible - This session was recorded in 2004.

Diebold voting machine failures strike again in Alaska

"The Alaskan Democratic Party had anticipated the machine failures, and encouraged voters to use paper ballots in order to ensure that their votes were not discarded or incorrectly counted. Diebold voting machines have a poor track record and a colorful history. The machines were successfully hacked by computer experts hired by Leon County, Florida, and a 2003 study of leaked Diebold voting machine code conducted by security analysts revealed that the code is fundamentally flawed and vulnerable to exploitation in numerous ways. the adventures of a boy and his computer - The Nature of the Beast

"As much as we'd like to think it-Bush is not THE problem, he's merely the face of the beast for the time being. The actual republican programme has been in place for better than a century, and from the look of it, is working out quite well, thank you. My question is what happens after WMD? He's going to be a hard point man to replace. If the republicans can't get an effective point of attention in the pubic eye, that could be a major problem. Without a central polarizing figure, all the infrastructure so carefully laid could fall apart, because without the proper barrage of sound, noise and trumped-up outrage, people might actually have time to have a look at what's going on and to think about it."

Food for thought!

Where Bush's Arrogance Has Taken Us

During his gubernatorial days in Texas, George W let slip a one-sentence thought that unintentionally gave us a peek into his political soul. In hindsight, it should've been loudly broadcast all across our land so people could've absorbed it, contemplated its portent?and roundly rejected the guy's bid for the presidency. On May 21, 1999, reacting to some satirical criticism of him, Bush snapped: "There ought to be limits to freedom."

Bush Press Conference

This is a longer portion of the recent conference.
Anyone voting in the U.S. should be required to view/listen to this FIRST.

What an incompetent and deadly dangerous excuse for a human being.
